How long does it take to process an order?
All Sayyone orders are shipped in 5-15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Working days include Monday to Friday only and exclude weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
For deliveries outside India, the delivery charges are based on the place of delivery and cost added by delivery partners.
What is your return policy?
At Sayyone, each piece is thoughtfully custom-made with care and attention to detail. As all orders are made specifically for you, cancellations, returns, and refunds are strictly not accepted once the order is confirmed and payment has been processed.
Return of product is eligible only if there is any damage to the product and it should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package. The item should be returned to us in the original condition Please contact our customer service team with details and images of the damaged item to initiate the process.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted for sizing issues.
Laces and few embellishments will change according to the availability and suitability.
